Job summary

Brakebush Brothers, Inc in Wells, MN is seeking a production associate to blend and mix raw materials, operate and disassemble mixers and grinders, and record material usage. You will follow batch sheets, ensure cleanliness, and read specifications to maintain quality.

The role requires standing for up to 8 hours, frequent bending and lifting, and adherence to safety protocols in a high-noise environment; pre-employment drug test and background check may apply.

Qualifications

• Must stand and walk up to 8 hours per day.
• Able to frequently bend, lift and twist.
• Must pass the company physical classification test for essential functions.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and disassemble equipment as required. Includes mixers, grinders and other machines in department.
• Record all raw material usage on the computer.
• Perform all necessary record keeping for QA and inventory records.
• Measure and/or weigh all specified ingredients according to specifications and batch sheets.
• Mix ingredients and chill, if necessary, at a proper temperature.
• Maintain clean work area.
• Must be able to read and understand specifications and batch sheets.
• Frequent twisting, bending and lifting up to 100#.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Work with Xray equipment.
