Job summary

Glacial Freeze Dry is seeking a Production Associate to support the preparation, processing, and packaging of meat-based ingredients for freeze-dried pet treats. This role emphasizes food safety, quality, and sanitation while assisting daily production and warehouse tasks.

Typical hours are 8am-4pm, Monday through Friday, with starting pay from $19 to $22 per hour depending on experience. No prior experience required, training provided, and opportunities for growth within the facility.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills for data entry and recordkeeping.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, grind, dice, cook, or cut various meats and other raw materials.
• Mix ingredients according to recipes or production specifications.
• Follow procedures for freezing and preparing products for freeze-drying.
• Enter batch and lot information into production systems for traceability.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and packaging tasks.
