Job summary

Cardenas Markets is seeking a Retail Meat Wrapper to join our team in Las Vegas. Under direct supervision, you will prepare, cut, wrap, and display fresh meats while ensuring quality, safety, and excellent customer service.

You will work as part of a friendly team in a fast-paced environment, handling meat processing tasks, keeping displays stocked, and rotating products by date. Prior grocery experience preferred and a valid Food Handlers Card required.

Qualifications

• Valid Food Handlers Card.
• Prior food preparer experience at a grocery store.
• Must be friendly and people oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work professionally as part of the team and provide excellent customer service.
• Utilize machines to wrap, seal and labels meats, poultry, and seafood.
• Clean and cut meat as needed.
• Restock and organize displays to ensure they are clean and organized.
• Maintain safety and health guidelines.
• Assist Meat Cutter and Meat Clerk.
