Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED preferred with basic reading, writing and math skills.
• Experience in production, warehouse, food processing, manufacturing, or food service warehouse environments preferred.
• Able to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meat products to feed lines or for the next stage of processing.
• Utilize tools and processes to package meat within schedules.
• Follow USDA Food Safety and GMP requirements.
• Perform visual inspection to meet specifications.
• Meet company standards and customer specifications.
• Assist in cleanliness of the work area.
