Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking a candidate to operate, monitor, and troubleshoot meat packaging equipment at our Macomb, MI facility. You will support production goals while maintaining safety, quality, and documentation standards in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal applicants have 1+ years of manufacturing experience, basic computer skills, and a strong focus on safety and teamwork. Onsite shift requires standing, lifting, and consistent repetitive tasks as part of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years manufacturing experience with mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and production documentation experience.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, detail, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot packaging equipment to support production goals.
• Perform equipment changeovers, adjustments, and basic maintenance activities.
• Inspect products to ensure quality, food safety, and operational standards are met.
• Complete production, quality, and equipment documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following good manufacturing practices and sanitation requirements.
• Use computer systems to record production information and support daily operations.
• Support safety initiatives and continuous improvement efforts that enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
