• Assists customers by guiding to products, securing items, and handling requests to enhance the shopping experience.
• Answers telephone promptly and provides helpful service to callers.
• Works with teammates to ensure customer satisfaction and a pleasant work environment.
• Tenders, grinds, and cuts merchandise; prepares cutting lists for case fills; conducts cutting tests.
• Orders new items and monitors refrigeration for proper temperatures.
• Maintains hygiene and dress standards; adheres to company policies.
• Represents the department during scheduled shifts and reports on time.
