Responsibilities include greeting customers, offering product suggestions, stocking and rotating products, and maintaining clean prep and storage areas. Experience in meat cutting and strong communication are valued.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• Previous experience cleaning in meat cutting and preparing areas.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and thank customers in a prompt, courteous manner.
• Offer product suggestions when appropriate.
• Clean food prep and storage areas where meat inventory has been cut, trimmed, and prepared, as well as equipment and tools.
• Assist with stocking and rotating department products to ensure freshness and date control; restock and use supplies efficiently to minimize waste.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning equipment and utensils.
• Adhere to safety procedures and report unsafe conditions to management.
• Notify management of theft or policy violations.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned to include stocking and cleaning.
