Job summary

Meijer is seeking a friendly Food Clerk to provide a welcoming, efficient store experience in our Fresh departments. You will build positive connections with customers, share product knowledge, stock and rotate displays, and ensure shelves look full and appealing. This role is fast-paced and physical, with light lifting and standing.

Training on store technology is provided. Retail or food service experience is helpful but not required.

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Work across departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
