Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service at all times.
• Smile, make eye contact and thank customers after fulfilling requests.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized workstation per 5S standards.
• Maintain meat and deli cases with adequate product levels and pricing.
• Rotate products and check dates; remove damaged/expired items.
• Prepare and grind sausage and cube steaks; wrap meat products as required.
• Perform sanitation duties in the department per procedures.
• Control shrink through compliance with policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
