Job summary

Kroger in Franklin, TN is seeking a frontline team member to handle general clean-up, stock work in the Meat department, and provide customer service. You will greet customers, assist with food quality, and maintain a clean, safe store environment in a fast-paced setting.

You will also monitor temperatures, ensure product freshness, and interact with customers and associates in a professional manner while following company policies and health regulations.

• Able to read shelf tags, signs, product labels, training materials, and bulletins.

• Must be able to work with various cleaning solutions, safely use sharp tools, and operate all production equipment.

• Keep floors clean, safe, and free from clutter.
• Wash and sanitize cookware and utensils per policies.
• Maintain signage, product rotation, freshness, quantity, quality and space allocation.
• Maintain equipment and facilities properly and safely per policies.
• Adhere to company policies, and State/Federal laws.
• Operate cash register per procedures.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
