Responsibilities

• Ensure fresh, appealing displays; keep cases and shelves stocked, rotate products, and remove outdated items.
• Maintain back stock and organize storage areas.
• Assist with sampling program; keep sample areas clean and attractive.
• Clean cases, glass, signs, uprights, coolers, floors, and drains as required.
• Arrive on time; be groomed, dressed, and ready to work; attend trainings.
• Provide excellent customer service and use suggestive selling; answer phones promptly.
• Maximize sales through proper prep, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follow procedures including Weights and Measures, health, sanitation, and safety.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work/shopping environment; upkeep equipment.
• Perform opening, mid, closing duties; ensure pricing signs are accurate.
• Report safety hazards and violations immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by store, regional, or national leadership.
