Responsibilities

• Wait on customers and assist with counter service, greeting customers and providing quality food.
• Provide prompt, tactful, calm, courteous, and professional interactions with customers and associates.
• Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Maintain clean, neat, and friendly impressions in all customer interactions.
• Unload and store merchandise; prepare and display foods per company standards and recipes.
• Conduct required temperature monitoring and ensure food safety and freshness.
• Monitor product quality and ensure items are fresh and safe for sale.
• Keep sales areas, backrooms, and coolers clean and organized; ensure proper signage and rotation.
• Keep floors clean, safe, and free from clutter; uphold health policies.
• Wash and sanitize cookware and utensils per health department policies.
• Maintain equipment and facilities in good condition per policies.
• Follow company policies and comply with state and federal laws.
• Operate cash register according to procedures where applicable.
• Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment and manage conflicts constructively.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Follow directions and seek help when needed to resolve issues.
• Provide support interacting with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform all essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation.
