Job summary

Responsibilities

• Wait on customers and greet customers with good quality food.
• Be prompt, tactful, calm, courteous, and professional in all interactions.
• Communicate with customers and associates.
• Maintain clean, neat, and friendly impressions for customers.
• Unload and store merchandise, prepare and display foods per standards.
• Perform temperature monitoring.
• Monitor product quality to ensure freshness and safety.
• Keep sales areas, backrooms, and coolers organized.
• Wash and sanitize cookware and utensils per policies.
• Maintain signage, rotation, and space allocation for merchandise.
• Ensure equipment and facilities are safe and well-maintained.
• Follow company policies and health regulations.
• Operate cash register per procedures.
• Work cooperatively in high-paced environments and manage conflict calmly.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding information.
• Follow directions and seek help to resolve issues.
• Provide support to minors, individuals with special needs, or older adults as needed.
