Job summary

Responsibilities

• Wait on customers promptly and greet them with good quality food.

• Maintain a clean, neat, and friendly impression for customers.
• Unload and store merchandise; prepare and display foods per standards.
• Monitor temperatures and ensure products are fresh and safe.
• Keep sales areas, backrooms, and coolers clean and organized.
• Maintain clean floors and safe walkways.
• Wash and sanitize cookware and utensils per policies.
• Maintain signage, product rotation, freshness, quantity, and space allocation.
• Operate cash register per procedures.
• Work cooperatively in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Handle conflicts in a constructive, nonconfrontational manner.
• Protect customer and business information with honesty and integrity.
