Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide them with excellent customer service.
• Check product to ensure it meets quality standards.
• Monitor and assist in preventing spoilage.
• Arrive on time and attend required training and meetings.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs promptly.
• Maximize sales through proper prepping, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follow safety, weights, measures and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment and equipment.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties and verify pricing.
• Report safety hazards and violations immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership.
• Verify ad prices, display sale signs, and remove outdated signs.
• Unload trucks, inspect deliveries, and note damages.
• Discard expired items as required and promote near-expiry items.
• Organize shelves and restock as needed.
• Conduct routine inventory counts and report to Inventory Clerk.
• Stock items and face them out.
• Answer calls from the Office and customers.
