Job summary

King Soopers in Arvada, CO is seeking a Meat Department team member to perform general cleanup, stocking, customer service, and meat preparation following company standards.

You will greet customers, monitor product quality, operate cash register as needed, and uphold safety and health guidelines. Weekend availability, grocery retail experience, and strong customer service are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wait on customers promptly and greet them with quality food.
• Be prompt, tactful, calm, courteous, and professional in all interactions.
• Communicate with customers and associates.
• Maintain clean, organized sales areas, backrooms and coolers.
• Monitor temperature, quality, and freshness.
• Operate cash register in accordance with company procedures, as applicable.
• Follow safety, sanitation and Health Department policies.
• Adhere to company policies and laws.
• Provide support to customers including those with special needs.
• Work well in a fast-paced environment.
