Job summary

Whole Foods Market is hiring entry level team members in Massachusetts to ensure fresh, appealing displays and maintain stock integrity. You will assist with sampling, keep back stock organized, and perform cleaning and safety duties while delivering excellent customer service and knowledge of department products.

You will follow procedures for stocking, rotating, and merchandising to maximize sales and uphold health and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensures fresh, appealing display; checks quality; rotates stock; restocks and cleans cases, signs, and shelves.
• Keeps back stock organized and ready for sale.
• Supports sampling program; maintains clean, inviting sample areas.
• Cleans equipment and store areas per standards; reports hazards.
• Arrives on time, groomed, and ready for shifts; attends trainings.
• Delivers excellent customer service; assists customers promptly and courteously.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, stocking, and merchandising procedures.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures; adheres to weights and measures.
• Maintains clean, sanitary working/shopping environment; ensures equipment upkeep.
• Handles opening, mid, and closing duties; verifies pricing and signage.
• Performs other duties as assigned by store/region leadership.
