Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking an entry-level Meat Team Member to support counter service, stocking, and sanitation tasks in the meat department. You will help maintain clean displays, assist with sampling, and provide courteous, knowledgeable service to customers and Team Members alike.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures fresh, appealing display by checking quality and stocking cases.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Assists with sampling program and keeps areas clean and inviting.
• Cleans cases, signs, uprights, coolers, floors, and drains as required.
• Arrives on time, groomed, and ready to work; attends trainings and meetings.
• Delivers excellent customer service and addresses needs promptly.
• Uses suggestive selling techniques to maximize sales potential.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Maintains a clean environment and properly maintained equipment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties including pricing accuracy.
• Reports safety hazards and complies with store policies.
• Performs additional duties as needed by leadership.
