• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Lead the meat department to deliver on the business plan and communicate goals to the team.
• Supervise hourly associates to meet member expectations and department targets.
• Use digital tools to plan for and drive sales, production, and product quality.
• Drive operational excellence by maintaining a neat, safe, and compliant workspace in the meat department.
• Coach and mentor team members to develop skills and advance career growth.
