Price Rite in Harrisburg is looking for a Meat Department Supervisor to lead the Meat and Perishable staff, ensuring safe, clean, and well-presented departments while maximizing sales. You will oversee operations, payroll, and compliance with company policies and laws.

Requirements include English literacy, basic math, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Read, write and speak English; basic math skills required.
• Must be able to bend, reach, lift 35 lb regularly and up to 75 lb.
• Flexible schedule including daytime, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Order, receive and inventory department products.
• Organize and maintain coolers, freezers and cases.
• Stock and sign meat department to enhance sales and presentation.
• Supervise and develop team members.
• Communicate with management and meet sales/shrink objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain cleanliness.
• Follow security policies and maintain sanitation standards.
• Possess Food Safety Certification or complete required training.
