Job summary

• Assist Department Manager with staffing, training, and scheduling.
• Maintain familiarity with products and weekly promotions.
• Ensure food safety and general safety guidelines are followed.
• Develop forecasts and monitor labor to meet budgets.
• Attend daily huddles and support a positive guest experience.
