You will oversee staffing, scheduling, inventory, merchandising, food safety compliance, and cost controls while aligning with store goals and company standards. Strong leadership and communication are essential to success in this fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• Minimum prior leadership experience in a retail meat department.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to train and develop staff and manage schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily Meat Department operations to meet service, quality, and financial expectations
• Lead, train, and coach associates to achieve coverage and performance goals
• Plan production, preparation, packaging, stocking, and merchandising activities
• Ensure displays are stocked, rotated, labeled, and compliant with standards
• Uphold food safety, sanitation, and temperature-control requirements
• Monitor inventory, ordering, shrink, and departmental expenses; optimize profitability
• Review production results and adjust activities to improve yields and margins
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and proper documentation including logs and audits
