Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must read, communicate, and understand company policies and safety regulations to complete job duties satisfactorily.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to use or learn to use the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
• Must be able to work in a cold environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries, break down loads, and rotate cooler.
• Weigh, price, and label products.
• Stock cases and manage inventory.
• Prepare valued-added products.
• Provide exemplary customer service and product knowledge with suggestive selling.
• Responsible for sales, gross profit, shrink, and labor targets; reconcile invoices.
• Train team members and supervise the meat department in the manager's absence.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
