You will manage operations, inventory, safety, budgeting, and training, while partnering with store leadership on promotions and guest experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role in a family-owned market.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum two years of leadership in meat retail, butcher shop, grocery, or food service.
• Strong knowledge of meat cutting, sourcing, portion control, and safety standards.
• Leadership and team development experience.
• ServSafe or food safety certification or willingness to obtain.

• Oversee all daily meat department operations, including cutting, packaging, merchandising, and service.
• Ensure all products meet freshness, quality, and presentation standards; rotate using FIFO.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise meat cutters and department staff; conduct coaching and evaluations.
