• Inspect supplies, equipment and work areas for efficiency and standards.
• Record and maintain accurate bookkeeping for weekly and monthly meat purchases.
• Assign duties and stations to employees per work requirements.
• Maintain inventory and shrink control; manage meat distribution within budget.
