• Must be able to work with various cleaning solutions, safely use sharp tools, and carefully operate all production equipment.
• Past work record reflects dependability and integrity.
• Previous experience in food preparation.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to employment practices, safety, and food handling.
• Experience in grocery retail and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Wait on customers and greet them, providing good quality food and service.
• Be prompt, tactful, calm, courteous, and professional in all interactions.
• Communicate effectively with customers and associates.
• Keep sales areas clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Unload and store merchandise and display foods per standards and recipes.
• Monitor temperatures and ensure product freshness and safety.
• Operate cash register per company procedures.
• Maintain proper signage, rotation, and space allocation for merchandise.
• Follow company policies, safety protocols, and food handling laws.
• Assist in handling minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults as needed.
