Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in food service or restaurant is helpful.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift items as needed.

Responsibilities

• Stock cases and ensure a variety of high-quality items.
• Assist customers with special orders.
• Follow food safety and sanitation requirements.
• Clean and sanitize dishes, prep areas and equipment.
• Provide product suggestions and assist customers with orders.
• Stock meat product and rotate/cull items by date.
• Operate meat service area equipment and inventories.
