• Demonstrates knowledge of meat products, safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and operation/maintenance of equipment; cuts and prepares meat to standards.
• Uses handheld technology and digital tools to drive sales, assist in production decisions, and improve the shopping experience for members.
• Maintains quality, packaging, labeling, and storage of meat products in accordance with company policies and procedures; helps members with purchasing decisions.
