Job summary

Responsibilities

• Cut, grind, slice, and prepare meat products per standards.
• Stock and display meat items safely.
• Check product quality and rotate stock.
• Keep areas clean and organized.
• Unload trucks and sort orders.
• Wash and sanitize equipment.
• Provide customer service and assist shoppers.
• Maintain department temperature logs.
• Ensure compliance with health department policies.
