Qualifications

• 1 year of experience safely using manual pallet jacks, hand tools and power equipment including knives, wrappers, scales, slicers and cubing machine (preferred).
• Food Safety Certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Cuts, packages, wraps, weighs, prices, and labels meat products following USDA standards.
• Prepares, merchandises, and maintains attractive meat displays to maximize sales.
• Ensures proper product rotation, dating, and storage in display cases and coolers.
• Receives, inspects, and stores meat deliveries to maintain cold chain and quality.
• Maintains sanitation, food safety, and quality standards per policy.
