Job summary

Tony's Fresh Markets is seeking a Meat Cutter to perform various cuts for meat products, including constant knife and saw work. The role involves stocking, pricing, and ensuring product quality and rotation.

You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, maintaining safety and sanitation standards while delivering excellent customer service. A High School Diploma or GED is required, and bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic kitchen skills; familiar with food preparation.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise in fresh and frozen cases.
• Follow procedures for receiving shipments.
• Price products and ensure quality, protection and rotation.
• Rewrap meat packages as needed.
• Perform ongoing meat cutting with knife and/or saw.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment with safety and sanitation compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service.
