Job summary

Tony's Fresh Markets is seeking a Meat Cutter to perform various cuts for meat items, using knife and saw, while upholding quality and safety standards. You will stock fresh and frozen cases, price products, rotate inventory, rewrap meat as needed, and maintain a clean, safe work environment; bilingual English/Spanish preferred, with a High School Diploma or GED and basic kitchen skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Basic kitchen skills; familiarity with food preparation.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise in fresh and frozen cases.
• Receive and price incoming shipments.
• Ensure product quality, proper rotation and safety in coolers.
• Rewrap meat packages as needed.
• Perform constant meat cutting with knife and/or saw.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and provide great customer service.
