Job summary

Tony's Fresh Market is seeking a Meat Cutter to perform various cuts for meat items, using knife and/or saw machine, in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role involves stocking fresh and frozen cases, ensuring quality and rotation, rewrapping packages when needed, and maintaining a safe work environment. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are preferred, with a high school diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Basic kitchen skills and familiarity with food preparation.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise in fresh and frozen cases.
• Ensure product quality, protection, accuracy and rotation in coolers.
• Rewrap meat packages as needed.
• Constant meat cutting with knife and/or saw machine.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment per safety and sanitation rules.
