The ideal candidate is at least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year of related experience or an equivalent combination.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school Diploma or GED with 1+ year related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Food Handler certification required.

Responsibilities

• Process meat by trimming, tenderizing, grinding, or cutting to size.
• Cut, weigh, package, and label products with appropriate tools.
• Operate machinery and monitor safety and quality checks.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and adhere to safety procedures.
• Greet customers and fulfill special cuts and requests with courtesy.
