You will be a key member of the Meat Department, breaking down premium beef, pork, lamb, and poultry, crafting house-made items, and guiding guests toward ideal preparations.

Your leadership will mentor teammates, uphold safety and sanitation standards, and ensure freshness from delivery to display in a fast-paced store

Responsibilities

Expert Butchery: Break down beef, pork, lamb, and poultry with precision.
Customer Education: Explain cuts and cooking techniques to guests.
Team Mentorship: Train and mentor team members in cutting, preparation, and presentation standards.
Operational Excellence: Receive deliveries and store products to maintain freshness.
Safety & Compliance: Follow health, sanitation, and weights and measures procedures.
Technical Skill: Use hazardous equipment safely and efficiently.
