Raley's in Tucson, AZ is hiring a Meat Cutter for our Meat and Seafood departments. You will cut, prepare, wrap, and label fresh meats and cheeses, while ensuring food safety and sanitation standards and providing friendly, knowledgeable service to customers.

You will handle orders, stock product, assist with merchandising, and help maintain a clean, well-organized counter. Previous meat-cutting or retail experience is preferred; must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Order, cut, grind, slice, weigh, wrap and label products according to quality and safety standards.
• Maintain freshness and control shrink through proper handling.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer product questions.
• Operate tools and equipment safely.
• Keep the counter clean and well-stocked.
• Assist with prep of ready-to-go meat products.
• Take customer orders and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain safe work environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
