• Must be able to read, write and speak in English; Spanish or other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cuts and packages beef, pork, and poultry according to company policies.
• Wraps, weighs, and prices cuts based on guidelines; labels packages per standards.
• Maintains displays and case signs; ensures proper presentation to maximize sales.
• Assists with product ordering and maintains proper date rotation.
• Receives, inspects, and stores meat to maintain cold chain; ensures sanitation and safety.
