Qualifications

• One year of meat cutting experience preferred.
• Proficient in basic math for scale and pricing.
• Must read, write and speak English; Spanish is a plus.
• Dependable with flexibility to work across store areas.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead meat department to meet and exceed metrics and sales goals.
• Coordinate product orders, merchandising and shrink control.
• Coach and train teammates on meat cutting tasks.
• Ensure proper rotation, dating and display of meat products.
• Maintain sanitation and adherence to safety policies.
• Wrap, weigh and label meat cuts per policy.
