Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of meat-cutting experience preferred.
• English reading/writing/speaking required; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong math and basic accounting or scale usage skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead meat department to meet and exceed metrics.
• Order products and manage merchandising and shrink.
• Coach and train other meat tasks in the department.
• Set priorities and direct tasks within the meat department.
• Ensure policies (COOL, safety, sanitation) are followed.
• Prepare and wrap meat cuts, label with pricing.
