Responsibilities

• Maintain an active Food Workers Card.
• Follow safety regulations to ensure wellbeing of customers and staff.
• Attend work in company-provided uniform with neat appearance.
• Weigh and serve meat per client preferences.
• Take special meat orders with detailed preparation instructions.
• Advise customers on meat cuts, preparation, and related questions.
• Package various cuts safely and attractively for display and sale.
• Label meat products with price, packaging date, and expiration date.
• Complete daily quality checks and display case cleanliness.
• Keep meat inventory and supplies stocked for day-to-day operations and special orders.
• Rotate stock to maintain freshness.
• Ensure workspaces and meat storage areas are sanitized and cleaned.
• Complete other tasks as needed per Meat Cutter's instructions.
