Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cut and prepare meat using knives, saws, cubers and grinders.
• Ensure proper wrapping, weighing and labeling of meat merchandise.
• Adhere to meat department procedures, trim specifications, and sanitation guidelines.
• Provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service.
• Maintain a neat, clean workstation following 5S standards.
• Receive meat products delivered to store locations and manage stock integrity.
• Assist management with additional duties and shift needs as required.
