Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service.
• Smile, make eye contact, and thank customers upon fulfilling requests.
• Maintain a neat, clean workstation according to 5S standards.
• Cut and prepare meat using knives, saws, cubers and grinders.
• Wrap, weigh and label meat merchandise properly.
• Adhere to corporate meat department procedures and standards.
• Follow sanitation and temperature guidelines per corporate/state standards.
• Receive all meat products delivered to store; manage related deliveries.
• Control shrink through policy adherence.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
