Job summary

Meijer Inc. in Southfield, MI is seeking an experienced Meat Cutter to support daily beef, pork, and ground meat preparation. You will help write fresh meat orders, organize and check in deliveries, and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members.

The role requires familiarity with weights and measures, safety and sanitation procedures, and inventory control. CAO software experience and a valid hand jack/hilo license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with weights and measures specific to meat processing.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures.
• Experience in product presentation and packaging.
• Experience using CAO applications.
• Current handjack/hilo license.
• Experience with inventory control procedures.
