Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service at all times.
• Cut and prepare meat using knives, saws, cubers, and grinders.

• Adhere to corporate meat department procedures, case layout, and trim specifications.
• Follow sanitation and temperature guidelines in accordance with corporate and state standards.
• Receive meat products delivered to store locations and monitor quality.
• Help control shrink through adherence to related policies and procedures.
