Qualifications

• Must have at least one year experience as a meat wrapper.
• Ability to lift up to seventy pounds.
• Must be able to stand upright for most of the shift.
• Ability to read and write to properly tag product.
• Dexterity in hands to cut and trim meats.

Responsibilities

• Cut, trim, and grind meat as directed by company standards.
• Display product on meat trays for an eye-appealing presentation.
• Maintain neat, clean, and sanitary work areas.
• Communicate temperature issues of cases/storage to the manager.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
