Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Meat Cutter to prepare fresh meat, trim and label products, and assist customers in finding the right cuts.

You will maintain displays, follow food safety procedures, and work with knives, grinders, and saws in a fast-paced department. This role emphasizes precision, reliability, and hands-on meat preparation, with opportunities for growth within the butcher team. All shifts require standing in cold environments and lifting up to 75 lbs.

Formación

• Clear customer communication when assisting customers and fulfilling cut requests
• Experience trimming, cutting, and preparing meat products
• Safe handling of knives, grinders, and saws and wrapping equipment
• Accuracy in portioning, packaging, labeling, and maintaining product quality
• Knowledge of meat cuts, preparation methods, and cooking recommendations
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safe food handling practices
• Ability to manage workflow while maintaining clean areas
• Maintaining well-stocked, visually appealing displays
• Following company policies, safety requirements, and regulations
• Ability to stand for long periods in cold environments and lift up to 75 lbs

Responsabilidades
