Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, helpful service to Price Chopper customers.
• Cut and prepare meat using knives, saws, cubers and grinders.
• Ensure proper wrapping, weighing and labeling of meat merchandise.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized workstation according to 5S standards.
• Adhere to corporate meat department procedures and standards (case layout and trim specifications).
• Adhere to sanitation and temperature guidelines (corporate and state inspection standards).
• Receive meat products delivered at store location (DSD and warehouse deliveries).
• Control shrink through adherence to related policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
