Job summary

The role requires working in refrigerated areas, handling weights up to 90 lbs, following company policies, QA standards and all safety regulations to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak English.
• Basic math skills and the ability to interpret information.
• Strong knowledge of safe food handling and safe work habits.
• Physical ability to stand, lift 35 lbs and occasionally 80–90 lbs.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and with food products.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, neat, organized and safe work environment.
• Sanitation control according to policy and QA standards.
• Cut and trim meat per company specifications and rotate products.
• Assist customers and communicate in a courteous manner.
• Follow procedures for receiving, dating, storing and pricing.
