Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company (BGC) is seeking a Meat Processor to prepare and cut meat products and fulfill special customer requests, keeping market and seafood cases full and fresh.

You will rotate stock, assist customers with custom cuts, and follow safety procedures while maintaining clean equipment and work areas. Must be 18+, with a HS diploma or GED and food handler certification.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 21+ to drive for Company business per policy.
• HS Diploma or GED with 1+ year related experience, or equivalent.
• Food Handler certification required.

Responsibilities

• Process meat by removing fat, tenderizing, grinding, and cutting to size.
• Cut, weigh, package, and label products.
• Ensure market and seafood cases are stocked and fresh.
• Rotate stock and assist customers with special cuts.
• Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary work area and equipment.
