Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak English; interpret basic information.
• Must be able to perform basic math.
• Strong knowledge of safe food handling and safe work habits.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift 35 lbs regularly and 80–90 lbs occasionally.
• Able to work in varying temperatures and with meat department equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work environment.
• Sanitize surfaces and equipment per standards.
• Keep meat cases stocked and rotated; promote promotions.
• Cut and trim meat according to company specs; rotate products.
• Work in refrigerated and frozen areas; follow QA standards.
• Adhere to all safety, attendance, and department policies.
